Working Process:
Raw material  → Single-screw extruder →Extrusion mould →Vacuum calibration table → Haul-off → Cutter→ Stacker → Finished product inspecting & packing

Hopper dryer	• To feed material into extruder;
Extruder	•World famous brand electrical component: Siemens,Schneider, ABB etc; • High torque gearbox with adopts NSK/SKF bearing; • Siemens/WEG original motor achieved global after service;
Die head	• 3Cr13/3Cr17 material • Special for PC material mould
calibration table	• Width: 100mm • Length: 4000mm
Haul off	• Upper/lower caterpillar driven separately and speed control by inverter
Cutter	•Synchronous drivingby air cylinder or servo motor control
Stacker	• Stainless steel 304# as touching material

It is used for producing PC led cover, lamp cover and lampshade etc. and PC lamp cover have high transparency.it is widely used for lighting, lamps and lanterns industry . color can be one color or double color
