The PVC buckle edge banding production line adopt the twin screw extruder , according to the many years production experience & the feedback from our customers , we continual improve the screw to high productivity and better plasticizing effect . and the special design make the screw & barrel is more easy to discharge for maintenance . the main motor equip with the famous brand SIEMENS motor , converter control , OMRON temperature control meter , the top quality spare parts ensure the whole production line quality reliable . the auxiliary equipments consist of vacuum calibration platform , hauling off unit , automatic cutter , online printing machinery , etc .

PVC U type edge banding production process : screw feeder – mixer unit , the PVC raw materials mix enough in the hot mixer unit till the temperature reach to about 90 degree , then the hot raw materials will discharge into the cooling mixer unit automatically , about 5-8 minutes ,the hot raw materials temperature down to 40-50 degree , then it discharge itself . then the spring feeder will feed the mixed raw materials into the extruder , via extrusion & plasticizing , mould , calibration unit , vacuum cooling system , hauling off unit , printing online , stack . the cutter equip with the PLC , it can set different length at customer’s demands and cut automatically .

The auxiliary machines equip with the PLC control system , easy operate and run smoothly , for the new investor , we would supply the turn-key service include the workshop layout design , raw materials supply , workers training , installation , etc .
